He was predeceased by: his wives, Dixie J. Toal and Joan C. Toal; his parents, John Sr. Toal and Margaret Toal; and his siblings, John, Bernard, Donald, Duke, Buddy and Maryanne.
He is survived by: his children, William, Jr., Colleen (Bob), Brian, Sr. (Joanie) and Corinne (Chuck); his stepchildren, Gregory, Timothy (Laurie), Judith (David) and Roger; his grandchildren, Scott Jr., Bobby Jr., Jaclyn (Jordan), Brian Jr., Sydni, Ariel (Keith), Joshua, Meghaen (CJ), Jonathan (Brittany) and Patricia; his great grandchildren, Joanna, Jace, Audrey, Gabriella, Timothy, Joel and Emory; and his sister Margaret (Sissy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dunn-Givnish Funeral Home (378 S Bellevue Ave, Langhorne, PA 19047). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
