He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Bockman; his children, Stephen Mayhew (Veronica) and Karen Sica; his grandchildren, Scott Mayhew, Sierra Jenkins, Danny Sica and Jennifer Sica; and his stepchildren, Donald Bockman (Tracy), Robert Bockman (Kim), Christopher Bockman (Theresa) and Bonnie Gardner (Glen).

The past couples of years I have missed seeing and sitting with or near you at Tom at FUMCOG. I will always remember Tom’s love for roses; as he took care of them all around FUMCOG. He taught me so much about how to take care of my spread of rose bushes in the front of my house. Tom was such a warm and gentle person, I know you miss him tremendously. I will keep you in prayer.
