It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Barstowe Eckhardt III (Langhorne, Pennsylvania), born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Shugar. He is survived by: his mother Theresa M. Shugar; his wife Sheri Eckhardt; his siblings, Deborah Omlor (Jeffrey), Robert Flatt, Troy Eckhardt (Shea), Tricia Self (Eric), Brett Shugar (Stacy) and Douglas Shugar; his nieces and nephews, Kurt Neiman (Wendy), Jason Omlor, Jade Neiman, Rachel Omlor, Maya Neiman, Danielle Barker (Rob) and Zoey Barker; and his aunt Shirley Kuhlman.
