Phyllis Y. Rell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Y. Rell of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Young and Mildred Young; her husband Allan; and her daughter Justine Luke. She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Lubold (Michael) of Levittown; her son-in-law Billy Luke of Lyndon Station, WI; her siblings, Marilyn Diebert (late Charles) of Reedsville, PA and James Brown (Nancy) of Allentown, PA; and her sister-in-law Jodi Rell (late Lou) of Brookfield, CT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
