She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna Burns and Leo Burns; her brothers, Richard Burns (Dick) of Yardley and David Burns of Carroll; her sister-in-law Rose Burns of Yardley; and her niece Meg Williams (Burns) of Yardley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary Ann's name to the Holy Cross Missions at holycrossusa.org.
