He was predeceased by: his parents, James E Clee, II and Edith Elizabeth Clee (Beckman); and his siblings, James E Clee III and Edith Elizabeth Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Parfitt-Clee; his son William Jacob Parfitt; his brother Walter Scott Clee; and his nephews, James Edward Clee IV and John Chapin (Jay). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
