He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rowley and Catherine Price Rowley. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gill Rowley; his children, James J. Rowley, Jr. (Laura) of Devon, PA and Andrea Wekluk (Bill) of Richboro, PA.; his siblings, Maureen Guim (Gilbert) and Kevin Rowley; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Abigail, Liam, Ryan and Lily.
