She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kelly and Margaret Kelly; and her brother David Kelly. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Laura), Randy (Terri) and Darrell Sozio (Christine); her grandchildren, Christie (Rick), Megan (Max), Paul, Jacquelyn (Drew), Anthony, Riley Sozio and Dana Horner (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Frankie Sozio, Asher Wasserman, Aleksander Rushwick, Kade Benjamin and Juliette Horner. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to A Place 4 Me, a nonprofit organization where Jackie's granddaughter works.
