He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cope and Abrelia Cope. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cope; his children, Regina Frey (Cory), David Cope Jr., Dennis Cope and Joyce Kulb (Eric); his grandchildren, John, David III, Cory Jr., Danny, Mercedes, Demi and Eric Jr.; his great grandchildren, Anakin and Kylo; and his brother Danny Cope. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
