He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Mary; his wife Ruth Cardone; and his brothers, John and Jerimiah.
He is survived by: his children, David P. (Paula), Lisa Santi (Joseph) and Beth Mallinder (Gregg); his grandchildren, Julie Ruth (Chad), Jessica Ruth (Adam), Gina Ruth (Justin), Julia Lynne and Jonathan David; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Harlow, Colton Remi and Moriah; and his significant other Calvary Temple Church.
