She is survived by: her children, Thomas Tacconelli (Kathleen), Richard Tacconelli, Patricia Burchess (Tony), Joseph Falcone (Anne) and John Falcone (Christine); her grandchildren, Thomas (Jeannie), Cathy, Jason (Sara), Alison, David, Erica (Vincent), Stephanie (Michael), Bridget (Jordan), Nicole and Dominick; her great grandchildren, Bella, Emily, Patrick, Rogen, Alexandria, Michael and Maclean; her sisters, Margie Finegan and Gloria Dougherty; and also Scott Light.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (225 Bellevue Ave, Penndel, PA 19047). A burial was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Cemetery (1215 Old Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047).
