It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann (Fitzpatrick) Costello of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John LeRoy and Ann Mulvey Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her husband Fran Costello; her children, Jean Phayre (Thomas) of Newtown, Mark Costello (Cheri) of Atlanta and Brian Costello (Stacey) of Athens, Georgia; and her grandsons, Noah Phayre, Zachary Costello, Luke Costello, Blaine Costello and Patrick Costello.
