He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Stapleton and Gloria Stapleton; and his brother Kevin Stapleton. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kyle Stapleton and Sandy Drakeley (Paul); his siblings, Richard (Beverly), Joseph and Suzan Campanelli (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Caroline, Lauren, Jack, James (Drakeley) and Andrew Brian (Nguyen-Stapleton).
