He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Knapp and Mary Storm Knapp; and his son John V. Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fridinger Knapp; his sons, William M. Knapp and Thomas A. Knapp (Michelle Perry); his daughter-in-law Boro of Washington; and his siblings, James F. Knapp (Fay Fry), Boro of Washington, Robert C. Knapp and Mary T. Knapp.
