He is survived by: his mother Anna Phillips of Paradise; his wife Michele Lentz of West Hempfield; his sons, Brandon (Nikki Lentz) of Berks County and Nick Lister of Wrightsville; his grandchildren, Carter, Kayla, Victoria and Erik; his sisters, Honey-Ann (John Soltis) of Paradise and Jean Phillips of Paradise; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Hunter, Bryce, McKenzie and Aubrey.
