She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Rhoads and Barbara Rhoads (Marshall); and her brother Dale Rhoads. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Levan; her daughter Rhiannon Levan (Shema) of Landisville; her grandchildren, Damon, Desmond (Samantha), Miguel, Cayden, Harper, Croix and Jaxson; her pet Bella; and her mother-in-law Ruth Moomey. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
