He is survived by: his wife Marcy (Bonnain); his daughters, Kelly R. (Jim Fleishman) and Kara M.; his close friend Tony Rodriquez; his grandchildren, Kelsi, Kain, Kevin, Tony and Kali; his great grandchildren, Penelope and Alaya; and his brothers, Earl Jr. (Marlene Kulp), Willis J. (Darlene Kulp) and Glenn R. (Judy Kulp).
