He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bender and Pearle Bender (Daihl). He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn Bender (Jean) of Columbia, Elaine Rhen of Landisville and Linda Weidler (Leonard) of Coudersport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
