She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Sleat (Hodges) and Leland Sleat; and her brother Larry Sleat. She is survived by: her children, Michele Moore (Michael) of Landisville and Michael Attick (Sarah) of Mount Joy; her grandchildren, Aiden and Alayna; her niece Lauren Sleat; and her nephew Chris Sleat.
