He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Sr. Mosley and Janet Mosley (Snyder); and his siblings, Fred, Danny and Donna Mosley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mosley (Siegrist); his daughter Jamie Arthur (Jim) of York; his stepsons, Alex Migueis of Mount Joy and E. Kyle Migueis of Philadelphia; and his brother William Mosley of Clearfield County. He is also survived by two granddaughters; three step-grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
