He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jessica Ruth; his father Dennis Ruth; his children, Brittany Ruth, James Ruth, Jr., Brandy Ruth, Becca Ruth and Ben Ruth; and his siblings, Joe Ruth, Tony Ruth and Lisa Ruth. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
