He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles J., Paul J., Sara Anne Goodhart and Mary Lou Jones. He is survived by: his sons, Steven M. Smith (Dee) and Fred J. Smith, Jr. (Susan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
