Bissinger of Landisville, Pennsylvania, born in Denver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bissinger and Sarah Myers Bissinger; and his brothers, Durell Bissinger and Melvin "Barney" Bissinger. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ressel Bissinger; his son Glenn R. Bissinger of Mountville; and his sisters, Rubye Barto of Manheim and Doreen Myers of Landisville.
