It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles P. Lowe of Landisville, Pennsylvania, born in Blackwood, New Jersey, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Frank A. Lowe; his sister Julia Kobie (Bob); and his daughter Kimberly Jean Lowe (Sarah). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Lynn Shelley (Steve), Shari Raye, Laura Calandria (Jorge), Charles Matthew Lowe and Thomas M. Lowe (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jason Shelley (Vicki), Stacey Clark (Chris), Christopher and Caitlin Calandria; his great grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Evan Lowe, Connor, Emily and Gwen Shelley; and his siblings, Alice Gillman (Earl), Mary Ellen Beck (Roy), Ruth Sukala (Jack) and Thomas Lowe (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
