It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Toombs of Landisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood T. Toombs and Deloris Ann Toombs (Stevens); his wife Tina Toombs (Weigle); his sisters, Barbara Ann "Bobby" Curtis and Alberta "Bertie" Lester; and his stepson Corey Stone.
He is survived by: his sisters, Juanita "Nita" Neaves of Millersville, MD, Mary Frances "Franny" Williams of Pasadena, MD and Melissa "Missy" Toombs of Pasadena, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
