She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Harper and Betty Harper (Shea); and her siblings, Randy, Donald Harper and Norma Dobson (Harper).
She is survived by: her pet Runt; her daughters, Kimberly Fox (Tony) of Newburg and Kathy Blosser; her grandsons, Zachary Blosser of Newburg, Dylon Hobart of Kansas, Brendon (Jasmine Hobart) of Elliottsburg and Secade Shankle; and her sister Betty Lou Wilkinson (John) of Carlisle.
