He is survived by: his wife Eugenia "Jeannie" Takach (Johnson); his sons, Andrew (Genevieve) and Matthew (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Natalie Takach, Autumn Takach, Chase Patton, Jade Flory (Tristan) and Hayden Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
