He was predeceased by: his brothers, Edward T. McMillan, Wilbur E. McMillan, Kenny E. McMillan and Ronald E. McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Adel "Salli" K. McMillan; his children, James W. McMillan, Jr. (Stacy) of Landisburg and Diana L. Speaker (Robert) of Cinnaminson, NJ; his grandchildren, Hayden M Shreffler of Mechanicsburg, Mason S. McMillan and Madison S. McMillan of Shermans Dale; and his siblings, Darrell L. McMillan (Mary Jane) of Mechanicsburg, Karen L. Zelner (Bill) of Enola and Sharon L. Horning (Michael) of Mechanicsburg.
Because of the large number of people James influenced and the current COVID pandemic, the family is videotaping the service and will post it on Facebook.
