He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar C Stambaugh and R. Joyce Stambaugh (Malone); and his brothers, Kenneth Stambaugh and Willard Stambaugh (Bill). He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Stambaugh (Phil), Annette Sheibley (Jake), Beth Maxine Royer (Dennis) and Ilene Pontius (Andy); his nephews, David Smith and Dustin Carson; and his pet Peepers.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a memorial in Blaine's name be made to Homeland at Home Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg 17110.
