He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Kramer; his daughters, Cynthia Smith and Brenda Thompson; and his brothers, Nelson Kramer and Arlan Kramer.
He is survived by: his parent Katherine Reber Kramer; his spouse Mary Miller Kramer; and his son Jeffrey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
