He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wade and Helen Wade (Fox); and his brother Michael Wade. He is survived by: his wife Margie Heinz; his children, Ali Wade (Max), Andrew Wade (Angela) and Josh Wade (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jonathan, Emily, Ella and Avery; his siblings, Carolyn Simpson (JC), Alice Wade (late Jon), Cecilia Puglisi (Dennis), Steven Wade (Mary) and David Wade; and his sister-in-law Julia Wade. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and members of his extended family.
