As William Turner departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William Turner may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William Turner leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlan Kelley and Virginia Turner Kelley; his wife Irene Wester Kelley; and his son Bruce. He is survived by: his daughter Sandy (Mark) of Wellsburg; his daughter-in-law Nancy Kelley of Hollywood, FL; and his grandchildren, Megan of Florida and Sean of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church (301 St Thomas Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
