He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlan Kelley and Virginia Turner Kelley; his wife Irene Wester Kelley; and his son Bruce. He is survived by: his daughter Sandy (Mark) of Wellsburg; his daughter-in-law Nancy Kelley of Hollywood, FL; and his grandchildren, Megan of Florida and Sean of Florida.
