He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Tell (Elmes) and William Tell, Sr.; and his sister Pamela Tell-Elliott. He is survived by: his children, William III, Logan and Brianna; his grandchildren, Chloe and Marley of William, IV.; and his siblings, Sharon, Patrick and Kathleen.
