He is survived by: his mother Eumelia Crespo of Puerto Rico; his wife Kelineth Giselle Santos Santiago of Lancaster; his children, Madeline Perez of Puerto Rico, Neicha Perez of Puerto Rico, Wilmaris Perez of Puerto Rico and Williangeliz Perez of Lancaster; and his siblings, Manuel Perez of New York, Maria E. Perez of North Carolina, Luz E. Perez of Puerto Rico, Francisca Perez of New York and Bance Perez of Florida.
