He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Meluskey and Hannah McCaughey Meluskey; his brother Jack Meluskey; and his grandparents, John, Eva Trunzie McCaughey, Stanley and Pauline Dombrowski Meluskey.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Hilbert Meluskey; his sons, Matthew William Meluskey and Mark William Meluskey; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Rudy, Pat LeFever, Sue Hottenstein and Ray Hottenstein. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
