She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter N. Zuck and Mary M. Zuck (Miller); her husband Stephen R. Johnson; her son David R. Johnson; and her siblings, Erla Resnick (Zuck) and Ray Zuck.
She is survived by: her brother Alfred Zuck (Geraldine); and her sons, Dr. William T. Johnson (Sara) of Reinholds, PA and Dr. Frederick S. Johnson (Jennifer S. Davis) of Annville, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and fifteen greatgrandchildren.
