It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Dittoe of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, born in Quantico, Virginia, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sgt. John B. Dittoe, Jr. and Dawn Dittoe (Farrel). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lynn Dittoe (Kulakowsky); and his daughter Jessica.
