She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Sickman and Mary Sickman (Campbell) of Conestoga; her husbands, Donald C. Henning and Robert B. Urban; and her niece Wendy Adams (Sickman).
She is survived by: her brother Warren Dennis Sickman of Lancaster, PA; her nieces, Audrey Butts (Jeffrey) of Lancaster, PA, Diane Coyle (Darrell) and Renee Sickman of New Providence, PA; and also, Betsy Ducote and Valerie Comise. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
