He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Slaymaker and Nancy Andrews Slaymaker. He is survived by: his children, Joshua (Hilary Myers Slaymaker) of Landisville, Jordon Slaymaker (Samantha Mardis) of Leola, Joel (Kayley Suter Slaymaker) of Quarryville and Julia Slaymaker; his close friend Mario Maleski of Manheim; and his sister Jodi Engle (Joe Bishop) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
