She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ogozalek and Mary Ogozalek (Gurka); her husband Peter M. Zwolenik; and her brother Edward Ogozalek. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Scott Schmidt) of Lancaster and Stephen Zwolenik (Sara) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Tyler Eisenhaur Schmidt, Grace Richardson Zwolenik and Oliver Zwolenik; her great grandchild Emily Walter; and her brother Stanley Ogozalek.
