He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawton W. Fleming and Mabel Lanning Fleming; and his sister Marilyn Ellis. He is survived by: his children, Samuel Jr. and Mercedes Holtrop; his grandsons, Scott, Shane Fleming, Brent and Curtis Holtrop; and his great grandchild Scotti Holtrop.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sam's memory may be sent to the Masonic Center of Lancaster 213 W. Chestnut Street.
