He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kelly and Florence Kelly (Rush); his sisters, Anne O'Donnell, Mary Kelly, Betty Kelly Sands, Helen Sweeney (George), Florence Rice (Thomas), Rita Piper (Jack) and Joan Rehmann (Don); and his brother-in-law Joseph P. Coyle.
He is survived by: his children, Sam (Linda Kelly), Pat (Gina Kelly), Andrea (Andrew Cook) and Chris (Mary Lou Kelly); his grandchildren, Nathan Kelly (Alanna), Nate Enck (Maria Kelly), Audra Kelly (Shane Kelly), Matthew Kelly (Ashling Cook), Benjamin Garthwaite (Zeke Cook), Kelly Cook (Amanda Kelly), Caitlin Kelly (Boomer Ehmann) and Grace Kelly (Chase Kelly); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Coyle, Bart Coyle and Jim Jablonski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
