He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert G. Starr (Sue Starr) and Marie A. Starr (Al Black); his wife Nicole Starr (Connors); his children, Jillian and Colby Starr of Lancaster; his sister Charisse Rudolph (Gene); his uncles, Roger Cranford and Raymond Starr; his aunt Geraldine Rehm; and his stepsister Yana Billet.
