Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowers and Maude Bowers (Ressel); his former wife Lois Bowers (Waters); his wife Helen Young Bowers (Gregg); and his siblings, Zola Bowers and William.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie L. Bortzfield (late Doug).
