He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian K. Neff and Blanche E. Neff (Wiggins); his wife Mary Frey; and his siblings, Nelson Neff, Dorothy Neff and Robert Neff.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Burkholder (James) of Millersville, Tina Burkholder (Sherman) of Millersville, Jay Neff (Rosalind) of Lancaster and Jere Neff (Daniele) of Wrightsville; his grandchildren, Lisa Sellers (Dale), Eric Burkholder (Luan), Carol Hershey (Mark), Melissa Garner (Blaine), Andrew Burkholder (Stacy), Diana Nguyen, Christopher Neff (Kayla), Meghan Minich (Stephan), Carson Neff (Kate) and Dylan Neff (Kathleen); his great grandchildren, Jacie, Lindsey, Skylah, Madison, Paige, Elise, Ella, Mitchell, Morgan, Alaina, Evan, Gabrielle, Lezlie, Olivia, Zach, Damian, Kenzea, Jaylee, Oliver, Jensen Richard and Eleanor; and his great great grandchild Adriana.
