It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter True of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, born in South Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Peter had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Peter may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick True and Katherine True (McClenahan). He is survived by: his wife Katie True; and his children, Kevin (Anne), Eric (Ruthann), Sean (Lori), Peter (Kendra), Christian (Jen) and Colin (Carli). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
