We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2024, at the age of 88, Opal May MacDurmon of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, born in Pasadena, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William A. MacDurmon; her parents, Raymond L. Sweitzer and Marion Sweitzer (Dittemore); her brother Roger Sweitzer (Dorinda) of California; her son Daniel MacDurmon; and her sons-in-law, Allyn Greer and Charles MacMullen.

She is survived by: her children, George MacDurmon (Roe) of Edmond, OK, Kathryn MacMullen of Strasburg and Joanne Holden (Ryan) of Willow Spring, NC; and her grandchildren, Jonathan MacDurmon (Stephanie), Lindsay Dickey (Daniel), Allyson Williams (Shaun), Reagan Greer and Meredith Greer. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
