She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Gustafson; her brother Paul; her parents, David Edwards and Miriam Edwards; and her stepdaughter Susan Swieringa.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth (Bill) Snyder (VA); her nephew Paul (Alicia) Snyder (TN); her niece Ruth Snyder (PA); and her stepchildren, Sharon Smucker (James) of NC, Shirley Sallee (Larry) of FL and Jay Swieringa (Nancy) of NY. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
Gifts in lieu of flowers can be sent to Hospice & Community Care of Lancaster who provided wonderful care in Miriam's final days, or to a favorite missions organization.
