He was predeceased by: his former wife Anne Eckman. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn of Lititz, PA; his children, Carol Anne Harsel (Joe) of Cockeysville, MD and Tom Eckman (Lara) of East Petersburg; and his grandchildren, Ben, Luke, Henry (Anna), Sam (Emma), Ruth, Lydia and Paul. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
