She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Carter and Della Carter (Dollinger). She is survived by: her husband Edmund C. Kilby; her sons, Timothy (Treva Kilby) of Quarryville and David A. Kilby of Peach Bottom; her grandchildren, Andrew Kilby, Emily (Jason Futcher) and Amy (Jeffrey Simon); and her sister Mabel Wardell. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
